    Your tasks

    Partner Management is the bridge and liaison between the new Partner Management & Integrations organization, and all requesters for its services. Partner Management is the single point of entry for all global, regional, and local EDI/API requests from all partners (commercial, business units and functional units). As a member of this team, you will manage these requests according to defined processes. Gathering relevant request details, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and quality. Routing and dispatching the requests to the correct internal teams and monitoring the progress of the project through solution engineering and delivery up to project sign off.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Participate and contribute to continuous improvement monitoring and process implementation.
    • Contribute and maintain quality of pipeline transparency.
    • Ensure project documentation is complete with appropriate project details through all stages of the project lifecycle.
    • Ensuring the correct and on-time dispatch of requests
    • Ensuring the delivery of a complete requirement as a result of detailed request alignment with the requester, the customer and the business partners
    • Ensuring transparency for the entire delivery process and requestor / stakeholder information and involvement whenever needed in the process
    • Accountability for the request during the entire delivery process at Partner Management & Integrations

    Requirements

    Required Skillset

    • Excellent English language skills; written & verbal
    • Related industry experience, 3-5 years preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Schenker's global, regional and local operational applications, preferred
    • Strong knowledge of SOPs/guidelines, and/or regulatory/compliance rules
    • Understanding of Freight Forwarding/Transportation Management concepts
    • General knowledge of transport-related data and/or EDI/API concepts
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously
    • Ability to build sustainable business partnerships and people networks
    • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, project management, consultative, presentation and communication skills required
    • High customer orientation
    • Strategic thinking and ability to dive into details where needed.
    • Proactive mindset paired with curiosity - being keen on learning something new every day is a prerequisite
    • Resilient personality and ability to deliver good performance even under pressure
    • Knowledge in using ServiceNow Project Management Module preferred
