Business Support Analyst

Location: Nuneaton/Hybrid.

Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience

Are you passionate about data and looking to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? Join our Road Freight team as a Business Support Analyst and play a crucial role in managing master data, supporting continuous improvement, and implementing IT systems.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and administering land-related databases.
• Translating business needs into IT requirement specifications.
• Coordinating with local and regional counterparts to ensure seamless IT changes.
• Updating and maintaining land freight IT processes and procedures.
• Providing regular quality status reports to land freight management.
• Designing performance reports with land and finance management to meet key performance indicators.
• Conducting user analysis testing on regional and global IT system developments.

About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of systems and processes is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Power Query, and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
