    Responsibilities


    • Manage a portfolio of customers for accounts receivable specific activities;
    • Accurately investigate, clarify and allocate incoming payments;
    • Initiate communication via e-mail with the customers to ensure maintenance of their accounts;
    • Perform posting of invoices, recurring bookings, write-offs and individual allowances;
    • Ensure timely and accurately direct debit process, including SEPA mandates activation and clarification of return direct debits;
    • Assist with month-end closing activities;
    • Execute and document internal controls as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures;
    • Trains and coaches new Joiners on the job, acting at the same time as the go to expert for critical situations/escalations;
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality;
    • Support performance and process reviews for internal and external customers by providing root cause analysis and preventive action plans.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 
    • 1 - 3 years of B2B collections experience;
    • Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module;
    • Advanced English level (min B2);
    • Advanced Bulgarian level (min B2);
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.);
    • Customer oriented attitude;
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment; 
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
    • Time management skills;
    • Attention to details and accuracy;
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented;
    • Ability to organize, plan and transfer knowledge to new joiners or team members, based on the needs;
    • Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity, as well as strong service culture;
    • Ability to collaborate with other departments/ stakeholders to reach the targets.
