- Maintain the facilities properly, include lighting, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security system and electrical systems.
- Perform regular inspection of warehouse facilities.
- Support QHSSE to comply with local regulations, include health and safety standards.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers for repairs, installations and upgrades.
- Work with procurement team on negotiating contracts, and monitor the performance of facility service providers, include cleaning services, security, and waste management.
- Support new business implementation, include renovations, expansions, and system upgrades.
- Align the business needs with operation team.
- Monitor the inventory of facility supplies, tools and equipment.
- Maintain the record of facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, issues and improvement initiatives for management review.
- Any other ad hoc project or tasks assigned by Management
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience in Facilities Management / Property Management, logistics field is preferred
- Experience in interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and supplies is required
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills in vendor management
- Good project management and problem solving skills
- Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressure
- Detail minded with strong organization skill
