Tus tareas
- Define and align VM battle grounds / focus areas
- Initiate Vertical Market solutions which can be replicated and used for all customers
- Perform strategic market analysis and development of approaches for revenue growth and differentiation from the competitors (if needed with support from Commercial Planning)
- Be the center of industry specific market knowledge and solution expertise. Build the internal community. Represent the Vertical on behalf of DB Schenker externally, e.g., on fairs. Drive and provide input for VM specific Marketing. Drive the development of sales collateral
- Define the global account strategy for all Corporate and Regional Account and set guardrails for regional VMs as well as provide guardrails, expertise to National Accounts and Local Accounts
- Responsible to grow revenues and volumes of the vertical market Consumer and Retail
Requisitos
- Exceptional relationship management & communication, multi-cultural competence & global thinking skills
- Many years of experience in leading global sales teams; Proven leadership skill in a multi-cultural team
- Consultative selling in B2B
- Professional in managing internal stakeholders
- Analytical, presentation and moderation skills
