The Assistant Manager (Data Analyst) will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data within the supply chain function to drive efficiency and optimize operations. This position is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making, tracking supply chain metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Job task:

To number crunch, & provide in-depth data analysis and validation, as & when required.
To fully automate diverse BUs scorecard reports, using Python, R, VBA, PowerAutomate.
To create & maintain multiple Power BI data visualisations for daily operations, KPIs metrics, and financial analysis.
To design PowerApps to collect data that is not available but beneficial to improve productivity, justify costs and spot anomalies.
To provide IT support/troubleshoot when platform malfunctions.
Participate & drive OPEX and CIP initiatives.

Qualification :

Education - at least diploma and/or degree holder.
Work experience - at least 1yr relevant experience in IT-related capacity/role.
Skills - Python, R, VBA, coding, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Tableau
Strong experience in data analytics tools
Language - predominantly English.
Personal qualities - Critical thinking, problem-solving, strong work ethic.
Experience in managing team
Excellente communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
