Air Operations Associate I

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

• Registration or Activation of Inbound shipments and ensures that mandatory shipment dates and events are reflected in the system.
• Maintains the file shared between inshore and offshore team to ensure shipment is handled accordingly.
• Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Air Operations Activities.
• Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field 
• Has Background in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Knows Air Operations is a plus.
• Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
• High attention to detail
• Team Player
• Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
• Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Confident in Speaking with Foreign Counterparts.
• Engages the team and others in the organization
• Contributes to Process Improvement

Primary Qualifications
