Cash Applications Analyst - GBS MX

Job Overview

Our Cash Applications Analyst will be in charge of managing and applying incomes in a shorter period of time in compliance with DB Group internal guidelines, all of above with the purpose of maintaining the accountability data updated and verified.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Confirm deposits at our bank accounts to our operational team as requested.
• Apply incomes on suitable way to keep updated our portfolio.
• Conciliate bank incomes and identify the corresponding recipient.
• Review and update bank's conciliation for at least 5 years each week.
• Apply all incomes of transitory accounts at each accounting close without leaving open entries.
• Request refund from customers, compensation for canceled documents and credit notes through the SENA portal to update account statements.
• Comply with the objectives, processes, policies and/or guidelines of the Comprehensive Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Certification) to maintain current certifications and contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• 2-3 years of previous related experience with a background in Finance, Administration, Accountability, etc.
• Intermediate English level
• Experience working with SAP and identifying payments within it.
• Collection management and strategies (telephone and onsite).
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, types of service.
