    Your tasks

    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Management Trainee under the direct supervision of the CEO. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the executive management function, with a primary focus on strategy execution, research, report generation, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills, capable of supporting the CEO in driving organizational goals and initiatives.

    1. Strategy Execution:

    * Assist the CEO in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans.
    * Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    * Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects.

    2. Analysis:

    * Perform detailed financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
    * Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
    * Support the CEO in evaluating business performance and strategic outcomes.

    3. Research:

    * Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    * Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
    * Stay informed about developments within the industry to provide actionable insights.

    4. Report Generation:

    * Develop comprehensive reports for executive meetings, board presentations, and other key stakeholders.
    * Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations.
    * Gather and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

    5. Project Management:

    * Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

    6. Communication:

    * Facilitate communication between the CEO and other senior executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
    * Prepare and review internal and external communications.

    Requirements

    * Master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
    * Preferably at-least 1-2 years of experience, open to fresh graduates with similar internship experience
    * Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    * High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
