    Key Account Team Leader

    Join us as a Key Account Team Leader, where you'll lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional import and export services to our Key Account customers. Your focus will be on people and team management, driving both individual and team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our Import department.
    * Location: Nuneaton, UK
    * Working hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 to 17:30 (flexibility required)

    What will you be doing?

    As a Key Account Team Leader, your primary focus will be on leading and motivating your team to achieve excellence. You will:
    * Team Management: Drive team engagement and development, ensuring every member performs at their best. Regularly hold team meetings to keep everyone informed, motivated, and aligned with goals.
    * Operational Efficiency: Ensure the Key Account Air department runs smoothly and effectively, optimizing processes for maximum productivity.
    * Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine operational procedures to enhance performance.
    * Event Control: Oversee weekly event control, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
    * Customer Service: Elevate customer service standards, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    * Query Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve all internal and external queries and complaints.
    * KPI Management: Monitor and manage KPIs, including overtime and absenteeism, ensuring the team meets targets.
    * Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare monthly GP results.
    * Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adhering to KPI requirements.
    * Unbilled and Losses Report: Review reports, implement corrective actions, and provide necessary training.
    * SAP Query Tool: Ensure timely action on SAP queries, maintaining compliance with KPIs.

    Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement within the department.

    Requirements

    About You

    * Experience: Significant experience in airfreight or other mode of transportation, with a proven track record at a supervisory level with an analytical efficiency.
    * Communication: Excellent communicator with a strong customer focus.
    * Leadership: Ability to lead and develop others, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
    * Planning and Organizing: Strong planning and organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
    * Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
