    Your tasks

    Main activities
    * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
    * Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
    * Workforce scheduling including vacation planning, absence, and overtime control
    * Conduct regular inspections to identify continuous improvement
    * Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
    * Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
    * Supervise inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
    * Collaborate with other (external) departments to identify maintenance needs and priorities
    * Monitor and control maintenance costs
    * Prepare reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics
    * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

    Requirements

    We ask
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    * Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within the field of logistics
    * Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    * Willingness to work flexible hours and during weekends

    Furthermore you will need some technical skills and knowledge in this position. We will offer training for this. We are looking for the following technical skills:

    * Advanced PC building skills including OS installation and customization (advanced familiarity with Microsoft operating systems preferably also Android / iOS/ Linux)
    * Server building skills including OS installation and customization (advanced familiarity with Microsoft operating systems preferably also Linux)
    * Experience with disk imaging tools such as Symantec Ghost,Clonezilla etc.
    * eSports gaming installation, setup and configuration knowledge
    * Knowledge of current Intel products NUC, Server and Mobile)
    * Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python, Powershell, etc)
    * Basic understanding of network topologies, protocols, standards and domain network environments
