    Position Description Summary: The Central Account Executive will play a critical role in the on-going development, design, consulting, and analysis of the Central Sales and Marketing department to help establish best practices. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls for new and existing accounts within a defined territory to establish new revenue and maintaining existing business. Requires regular interaction with the field stations with regular communication and reporting responsibilities. Assist in the development and implementation of routine marketing programs and serve as a principle contact for assisting the Central Account Representatives with customer issues and sales guidance. Accomplish new revenue growth and maintenance of existing revenue within a defined territory. Establish and enhance procedures for the Central Sales & Marketing department by making and implementing suggestions and providing unique reporting to management. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Secure contact with new sales leads and prospective accounts within a defined area thru inbound and outbound sales calls * Facilitate communication to/from the field sales organization through the use of sales lead tools, phone calls, and email * Implement sales strategies, establish new accounts, and maintain and service of existing accounts within a defined area and revenue threshold * Log, follow up and prepare recap of all sales account contacts and sales leads * Report best in practice results to help define Central Sales & Marketing benchmark and milestones * Monitor the Central Sales & Marketing department effectiveness on an on-going basis to achieve established service level and departmental standards. Monitor activity reports and daily functions to provide feedback to management on departmental enhancements * Perform regular reporting, detailed statistical information and conduct analysis on Central Sales & Marketing contacts and productivity to management for field communication as well as the measurement of account and department performance * Work internally with CAR's and management and externally with customers and field stations to improve service and increase revenues by development and implementation of corrective action plans and standard operating procedures * Assist in researching and administering customer and field station issues for creating resolution * Actively see and implement new marketing ideas to further improve proposals and presentations * Co-develop and initiate new tools and solutions to achieve quality and productivity improvements within the Central Sales and Marketing department * Coordinate the distribution of workload within the group with other team members * Perform other duties as required and assigned by management The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

    Requirements

    Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): This is an intermediate level position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally prefer 1-3 years of related experience.
