    We are looking for a talented Business Architect to join our team in ANZ. In this role, you'll be instrumental in evaluating, designing, and implementing digital business processes, with a focus on warehouse management system (WMS) upgrades and configurations. Your work will be crucial in improving our operational efficiency and ensuring we consistently meet our clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, deploy, and optimise Next Generation Warehouse (NGW) solutions that align with business goals and customer needs
    • Collaborate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of new solutions
    • Develop clear and practical architectural plans for warehouse systems, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches
    • Identify and address inefficiencies in current warehouse operations, proposing and implementing effective improvements
    • Use data-driven insights to track and enhance the impact of process changes
    • Document processes, create key performance metrics, and provide regular, actionable reports to management
    • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all stakeholders during the implementation of NGW solutions and process changes
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge to improve warehouse management practices

    About You

    • 5+ years of experience in the logistics, 3PL, or supply chain industry across various market segments
    • Skilled in process mapping and using project management tools
    • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for collecting, organising, and analysing large data sets
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business terms for stakeholders
    • Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
    • Proven track record in designing, developing, and integrating software systems with business processes and data
    • Hands-on and proactive, comfortable navigating uncertainties and managing multiple priorities
