Job Overview

Advise, Manage, Earn, Retain and Develop a portfolio of clients whose billing meets the company's annual objectives, offering the limited Schenker service portfolio, fulfilling the annual KPIs that will be established at the beginning of the year.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
* Prepare Quotes based on the identified opportunities of existing and prospective clients, with general or counter rates. And if a more competitive offer is necessary, will go to the Pricing of the corresponding product to gain business.
* Comply with the implementation and transition process for 100% of the new and additional business, through of the letter of instructions and corresponding annexed documents, for its correct operation and delivery of the service offered to customers.
* Execute and follow the sales process (opportunity pipeline management) including the stages of the opportunity cycle (Prospecting, Solution Design, Decision Pending and Closed Won or Closed Lost) in the sales platform (CRM) to measure the effectiveness in the sales cycle sale (hit ratio).
* Maintain and develop the assigned client portfolio with the purpose of offering new services and generate new business opportunities.
* Make phone calls to prospective and existing clients with the objective of offering the portfolio Schenker Services (Limited).

Provide telephone support to all clients who contact DB Schenker directly for acquire our service, clarify doubts and/or request technical advice when required

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
* Highly proficient in verbal and written English (Intermediate)
* 1 year of experience in forwarding
* Knowledge of Excel and ability to run reports and analyze data is required.
* knowledge of exports and imports (Maritime)
* knowledge in quotes (Pricing)
* knowledge of the market and competence in the field and client portfolio.
