    Your tasks

    The Global Operations and Infrastructure Services department (GOIS) within IT&D Nordics is responsible for managing and developing DB Schenker's internal infrastructure services in Cluster Nordics; Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland. We are now looking for a Service Manager to the Client Hardware and Infrastructure (CHIS) team. As a Service Manager within GOIS, you will identify, develop and manage infrastructure services in collaboration with representatives from the business and other stakeholders within IT on a cluster, regional and global level.

    Role responsibilities:
    * Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements and propose and execute relevant solutions.
    * Oversee the day-to-day operations.
    * Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
    * Manage and prioritize incoming service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    * Conduct financial planning, follow-up and analysis within your service area.
    * Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
    * Handle incoming cases in our ServiceNow case management system as well as carry out troubleshooting and error correction.

    Requirements

    Personal specification:
    * IT degree in Information Technology or related field.
    * 5+ years of experience in service management or a related IT role.
    * 5+ years of experience as IT Technician, ITA or IT supporter
    * Experience with print solutions such as MFP and label print.
    * Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
    * Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
