Key Account Specialist

Location: Immingham, UK

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

What will you be doing?

As a Key Account Specialist for Land Freight, you will be responsible for:

* Receiving and processing all customer orders through various platforms in a timely manner.
* Liaising with clients on a daily basis to develop and maintain strong relationships.
* Sourcing the optimum solutions for our clients' needs, taking into consideration lead-times and cost.
* Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out for each Key Account.
* Developing relationships with internal networks and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Providing all services as set out within the individual Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

About You

* Experience in a similar role in Land Freight with knowledge of international and domestic transport being highly desirable
* Customs process knowledge desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise with clients, service providers, and internal teams.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Proactive in finding solutions that balance client needs with cost and lead-times.
* Flexibility to handle changing priorities and additional duties as needed.
