    Job Overview

    At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for supervise and support the execution of the pre-payroll process to ensure that the incidents are applied to Payroll in a timely and correct manner; Execute in a timely manner the administrative processes/procedures/formalities inherent to the Payroll area in General to ensure their correct bureaucratic flow; Ensure that the information of the collaborators is updated in the systems as well as ensure their correct operation.

    What will be your challenges?

    • Supervise and control the activities of the CL pre-payroll executive.
    • Review the CL pre-payroll, ensuring that all incidents that occurred during the period have been included.
    • Attend to and follow up on questions, clarifications, requests for information and services required by employees.
    • Apply and review Vacations and sick days on the ADP platform.
    • Perform inductions for new CL staff.
    • Review and authorize the pre-payrolls (CL) in order to send the collaborators' incidents to the payroll manager.
    • Send the pre-payroll files to corporate and to P&O CL Coordinators.
    • Check that salary and position changes in the pre-payroll spreadsheets are made on time.
    • Process invoices from different area suppliers, follow up with accounts payable to obtain proof of payment, training for new suppliers.
    • Make Purchase Orders for payment of the different services of the area.
    • Pay attention to the tickets that are assigned to the area (payroll questions, changes of boss in C2P-HRC, resetting a password).
    • Create new employees, cancel employees, data changes (Changes of boss, bank account, salary, position, ceco, etc.).
    • Create new positions, cost centers, chairs. Follow up on procedures with ADP and the PAYTREND team for extraordinary configurations.
    • Make changes to bosses on the Format Platform, add new employees, remove employees who are on leave; as well as request the creation of new warehouses, creation of supervisors.
    • Know and comply with the objectives, processes, policies and/or guidelines of the Comprehensive Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Certification) established by the organization, in order to maintain current certifications and contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers. Follow the GDP requirements (local regulations / DB Schenker QMS / GDP Client Procedures) applicable to this function.

    Requirements

    What you need to succeed?

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics or similar.

      * English: B2

      * Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Power Apps, Teams Groups.

      * Supervise the payroll area and have staff in charge.

      * Preparation of payroll (More than 700 employees) weekly and biweekly.

      * Calculation of Income Tax, Payroll Tax, Employer-Employee Contributions, INFONAVIT, FONACOT.

      * Attention to requirements of the aforementioned agencies and the Federal entities.

      * Coordinate what is necessary to respond to audits.

      * Calculation of severance pay and liquidations. Incident Control.

      * Attention to workers, clarification of doubts about payments, etc.

      * Annual calculations, PTU, Christmas bonus, liquidations.

      * ISR and payroll taxes.
