Job Overview
Responsible for the quality audit of outbound shipments ensuring compliance with customer and federal quality regulations. Performs a variety of complex quality activities to assist Quality management with product assurance inventory and locations.
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Performs audit of product to meet quality standards
- Assists in preparation of export documentation
- Performs special assignments as required by quality management
- Interfaces with quality management to ensure department goals are being met
- Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
- The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- This is an entry-level position.
- Must have professional quality auditing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Solid Customer Service Support skills and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Advanced knowledge in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Inspection.
- High School graduate required, and two years of college preferred.
- Generally prefer 0-2 years of experience.
- Proficient with MS Office.
