- Deal with customers at all levels regarding complaints, queries, info about products and service, process orders, returns parcels and discrepancies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure timeous, and efficient customer feedback or response on all customer /branch queries.
- Obtain and check the quality of the supporting documentation.
- Follow up on all outstanding documents and billing related information from operations departments, service providers and branches.
- Assist in managing and resolving the queries related to returns.
- Follow-up on verbal proof of delivery confirmation with CL branches and service providers.
- Process paper flow and record keeping related to all queries.
- Investigate discrepancy on proof of delivery.
- Liaise with all relevant departments regarding customer queries, discrepancies, returns etc.
- Assist customers with queries/claims in regard to outstanding deliveries and discrepancies.
- Provide general support and back up to the logistics team to ensure client requirement are met.
Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent.
Knowledge of the domestic freight industry.
