This position is responsible for operations of specific programs that being assigned to by ensuring delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.
To perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and to report any discrepancies.
Handling customer complaint with regards to Inventory.
Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
To perform stock movement and adjustment update in WMS.
To communicate and update customer via email on daily basis.
Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as and when required.
To complete all required documentation such as inventory report, damage report, rework report, etc and timely submission to customer as required.
To monitor and supervise a group of workers from the agency to ensure the workers deliver the required tasks accurately and on timely manner.
To organize the required team member in delegating the tasks among the subordinate on daily basis.
To provide support to warehouse senior executive in implementation of initiatives to meet warehouse's goals, strategy and policies.
To ensure cleanliness of overall warehouse area and to take necessary action to maintain the condition.
To stop and report and unsafe activity within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
To perform other duties as required.
Coordinate with customers, external parties, and the Customs Department.
Manage a group of Stock Card Coordinators.
Maintain accurate and secure record keeping for all Stock Card management activities.
Guide and advise coordinators on necessary actions.
Support customers with ad-hoc requests or any other activities within the scope of Stock Card Management.
Ensure all customs documentation and records are up to date and comply with customs requirements and procedures.
Ensure the customer service team provides the necessary information as agreed upon with customers.
Resolve Stock Card issues with internal teams, customs, external parties, or customers.
Ensure the warehouse and customer service teams comply with SCHENKER company policies, procedures, work ethics, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions; prepare IR/CA for related parties.
Ensure timely submission of reports to internal and external customers after proper vetting and validation, including regular updates to management and customers.
Plan and allocate sufficient resources to ensure operational efficiency and smooth functioning.
