Tasks & Responsibilities: § Provide as directed line support, research, and liaison on customer regulatory compliance and security matters. § Communicate detailed Trade Advisory Services offerings, as required. § General comprehension of transportation regulatory / security agency regulations and requirements including, but not limited to Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census, Department of Treasury, Transportation Security Administration, Bureau of Industry & Security, Department of State, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Food & Drug Administration, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Transportation. § Overall knowledge of transportation industry organization requirements including, but not limited to International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms, Certificate of Origin, and US Council for International Business ATA Carnet, § Maintain technical knowledge including, but not limited to FTSR, IMDG, IATA DGR, CFR and EAR. § Other duties may include maintaining account records, such as order history and forecasting reports. § Maintain our company-customer relationships at a high standard. § ? Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. 1 - 5 years of previous work experience in industry is required. Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills required. Previous experience in a transportation / compliance position is strongly-preferred.
