Responsibilities:
Offshoring Migration Support (50%):
- Coordinate user access provisioning for new GBS FTEs, ensuring IT tool readiness before training.
- Organize, schedule, and monitor training sessions, adhering to VERO’s methodology.
- Track migration plan progress, flagging risks or delays to stakeholders.
- Support VERO and GBS Migration Teams at an operational level for seamless task transitions.
- Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations on project milestones, migration updates, and training progress.
- Maintain documentation and monitor processes to support the transfer of responsibilities from the Land European Organization to GBS Bucharest.
Centralization & Conceptual Planning Support (50%):
- Collaborate with the RHO Centralization Team to turn conceptual ideas into actionable project plans.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to convey centralization strategies, progress, and planning phases.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Business Units and GBS teams following VERO guidelines.
- Document processes identified for centralization, capturing business knowledge for process transition and replication.
- Provide project execution support during planning and implementation phases for centralization initiatives.
- Take structured meeting notes to aid in follow-up and documentation efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management, Strategy, or PMO roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with project tracking tools, task migration, or change management is a plus.
Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills:
- High attention to detail and strong capacity to capture, document, and manage granular process details.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into structured plans.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (academic-level fluency preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Multitasking and Prioritization:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deliverables, and remain detail-oriented in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
