    1 General Description (Job Scope)

    • Overall-in-charge of raw materials, inventory control, and ship kits business unit (BU) within the program with 200 (est.) headcounts.

    • Ensure daily fulfilment of fresh outbound kits to work centres & overseas plants per stipulated push-in-date/time & within per agreed KPI targets.

    • Ensure daily receiving & put away of fresh inbound parts within per agreed KPI targets.

    • Ensure fresh kits pushed in ship kits work centre are processed as per stipulated push-in-date/time (PID) within daily productivity & overall quality parameters.

    • Manage SGD600 mil worth of inventory on hand through system-triggered daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle count.

    • Manage quarterly scrap picking & disposal activities in accordance to mapped out inventory integrity guidelines.

    • Customer engagement through weekly scorecard & quality meeting, monthly safety, CIP, project related and KPI meeting.

    • Staff engagement in terms of OJT, cross-training, internal & external training roadmap.

    • Lead and/or participate in CIPs and/or ad hoc projects that border on workplace safety enhancement, automation, process steps elimination, quality/PPM improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, and data visualization.

    • Overall-in-charge of 3 warehouse buildings, including the scheduled maintenance upkeep and ad hoc troubleshoot repair by selected vendors.

    2 Specific Accountabilities

    • Overall site lead for staff & workplace safety.

    • Cost maintenance to yearly aligned & agreed P&L targets.

    • Responsible to set & meet daily productivity targets, weekly scorecard indices, and monthly KPIs measurements.

    • Responsible to meet inventory related KPIs including shrinkage allowances.

    • Ensure the WI/SOP are yearly reviewed and updated.

    • Expected to take a leadership role in staff training & staff career roadmap formulation.

    • Likelihood of working on multiple CIPs and/or ad hoc projects at any one time, whilst adhering to project timelines.

    3 Skills Required

    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both written & verbal.

    • Able to conceptualize & relay operational information to non-operational personnel.

    • People management skills for motivational and disciplinary related matters handling.

    • Possess customer service skills whilst diplomatic & street smart to reject as well.

    • Able to think & formulate mid (3-6mths), and long term (>6mths) operational, safety, quality, training, costing plans.

    • Project management skills, ability to work on & meet deadlines, and manage diverse stakeholders’ expectations.

    • Problem-solving & inquisitive skills.

    • Data analytics and data visualization skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • 8+ years of experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.

    • Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations and driving performance improvements.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

    • In-depth knowledge of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) services and logistics technologies.

    • Proficient in ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS), as well as MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and financials effectively.
