The position is responsible for overall business management in Branch; ensure that key company target for business growth and profitability is achieved
Specific Account abilities:
• Identifies, correlates and assess manpower, operational, technical and personnel problems and finds or develops construction solutions
• Proactively search, develop, and realize the business opportunity in the local market.
• Participates in the preparation and control of the operating budget
• Monitors established performance indicators(KPI/Control Items) including variance reports, operational reports, quality reports, initiating corrective actions as required
• Establishes and maintains excellent business relations with customers, agents, airlines, customs and other local business partners
• Initiates, manages, delegates department improvement projects
• Ensures a 100% data integrity and the proper management of information
• Acts as liaison between the operations departments and various company departments in the resolution of operational problems
• Recruits, trains and managers assigned personnel to meet the company requirements. Will conduct performance evaluations and be responsible for coaching and counseling
· Education level: Bachelor of International Trade, English, Logistic
· Year of prior experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position at foreign companies
· Language proficiency: Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written
· Technical skills: Computer application in MS Excel, PowerPoint
· People skills: open, dedication, initiative, team work player, mature, management concept
