What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Review and identify areas of contract risk, notification, and presentation of alternatives for management of such risk as they pertain to Finance.
- Liaison between Contract Management and Finance for all Customer related contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Work closely with credit team for timely / urgent preparation of write-ups for senior management review and approval/rejection of terms which are not consistent with already established policy.
- Updating contract terms based on managerial approvals and communication of these approvals to all relevant parties.
Požadavky
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Highly proficient in verbal and written English.
- Extremely high written and oral communications required due to potential negotiation.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Prior contract review experience is desired.
- Ability to read and understand financial statements to determine the financial worthiness of a company is required.
