? Oversee compliance to all corporate and local security programs with measured
returns through positive results. Indices include cargo loss claims paid by
location and area, CSS revenues associated with this area, loss freight found
with and without the use of CCTV, and any other initiatives proven to reduce
liability, costs, and improve revenues
? Manage, supervise and/or arrange for extra protection of key employees or
customer cargo shipments as part of our Constant Surveillance Products
? Key point person for the investigation of DB Schenker security reported incidents;
manage, supervise and/or arrange thereof
? Security Department Document Control Person for the organization
? Supervise and Analyze loss control, accident reports and unidentified freight
? Supervise the coordination and administration of security clearances along with
other security policies and procedures in accordance with TSA and other
government agencies
? High risk shipment management for Key Customer Accounts
? Management and sponsorship of the Constant Surveillance Service Product
? Management and development of security systems for new projects and existing
facilities
? Customer RFP’s support for Security & Loss Control matters
? Management of contracted security guard services
? Management of all delegated investigations, immediate security threats
? Ensure Contractual Compliance for Security related matters
? Region Americas Security & Loss Control Representative
This is a management position.
1. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
required.
2. Generally prefer 4-6 years of related security, supervisory or management
experience.
3. Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or companyrequired
background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
