Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Reviews requirements and specifications and defines test conditions in cooperation with business analysts based on feedback from business representatives
• Design test cases and test scripts, assuring traceability to agreed requirements and stories and required test coverage, recording and reporting outcomes
• Executes, interprets, and records test cases according to test plans (for both frontend and backend verification)
• Analyses and reports test activities and results
• Collaborates closely with developers and QA automation engineers in test environment setup, test data creation and regression test scope definition
• Provides guidance regarding the technical feasibility of testing tasks
• Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with quality assurance area
• Coordinates activities within the test phase, if required

Our requirements

• Knowledge of Agile QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Familiarity with Test Management Tools like TestRail, JIRA
• Experience with SQL
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude

Nice to have:

• Certified Tester Foundation or Advanced Level (ISTQB)
• Experience in working with UML-based documentation
• Experience with test automation tools (preferred: Robot Framework)
