Custodian

Hourly Rate: $18.25 This is a 12 hour rotating night shift (6pm to 6am).

• Sweep mop, and sanitize floors.
• Take out/empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Sweep and scrub operations floors.
• Clean, wipe, and sanitize office areas.
• Vacuum and sweep office areas.
• Picks-up and remove trash and refuse.
• May perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• May provide material delivery services as requested.

• This is an entry-level position. 
• * Good interpersonal skills required. 
• * High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• * Generally prefer 0-2 years of experience.
