Our requirements:

Min. 5 years of strong IT Test Management and Quality Assurance know-how and experience
Hands-on experience in programming in Python, Java or other languages is beneficial
Experience in code management and CI/CD setup
Min. 6 years of relevant working experience (in a managerial position)
Experience working in an Intercultural environment, within an area of responsibility (must), outside / globally (ideally)
Experience with complex global IT environments / different service operation model (CLOUD, SaaS, on-premise, etc.) and their challenges in agile
Experience in workshop facilitation and people management
Experience in financial management (budget, actuals, invest requests)
Fluency in English and Polish
Open to work in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
Employment contract for a fixed term (12 months)
