Operations Executive, Air Freight

• Efficient management of air freight delivery orders, ensures timely and accurate process, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Process and verify all air freight delivery orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to clients.  
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery status, concerns, and inquiries.  
• Maintain accurate records of all delivery orders, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and delivery confirmations.  
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is filed correctly and efficiently for easy retrieval and reference.  
• Work closely with the air freight operations team, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel to coordinate and optimize delivery schedules. 
• Assist the Air Freight Manager in tracking performance and meeting operational targets.   
• Ensure that all operations follow local and international regulatory standards, including customs regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.  

• Graduate of any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in air freight, logistics, or supply chain management.  
• Familiarity with air freight documentation, shipping regulations, and customs clearance processes.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with freight management software is an advantage.
