    Your tasks

    Timely and accurate review, analysis and negotiation of specific contract terms and conditions as they apply to Finance. To include review of all new and existing customer contracts for Finance. Tasks & Responsibilities: *Review and identify areas of contract risk, notification, and presentation of alternatives for management of such risk as they pertain to Finance. *Liaison between Contract Management and Finance for all Customer related contracts, agreements, and documentation. To include both new and existing contracts under re-negotiation. *Finance representative for all contract negotiations with customer and other relevant parties. *Knowledge of corporate polices and organizational standards is key; especially as they pertain to extended payment terms. *Active communication of established Finance policies and standards to credit procedures to all sales, key account management, and legal teams. *Work closely with credit team for timely / urgent preparation of write-ups for senior management review and approval/rejection of terms which are not consistent with already established policy. *Will require at least entry level credit analysis skills including ability to use credit reports, financial statements, and other available information to assess the overall health of a company. *Updating contract terms based on managerial approvals and communication of these approvals to all relevant parties. To be done via email or through contract management systems such as Agiloft. *Aid sales and key account management in preparing extended payment terms requests and templates which must be reviewed by Head Office/ DB Board. *Other miscellaneous responsibilities and special projects. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

    Requirements

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: *Candidate must be highly proficient in verbal and written English - all regional communication will be maintained as such in English. *This is an intermediate level position. No supervision or lead responsibilities. *Extremely high written and oral communications required due to the complex nature of some customer contracts, and potential negotiating requirements of such contracts. *Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Generally, prefer 1-2 years of related experience. *Prior contract review experience is desired. *Ability to read and understand financial statements to determine the financial worthiness of a company as well as the ability to clearly communicate this in a written format is required. *Thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment *Strong sense of accountability and a sense of urgency. *Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. *Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven problem-solving skills.
