    Your tasks

    The overall purpose of the role is to be a Subject Matter Expert in his/ her area of expertise. Further main tasks are mentioned below at "Main tasks and responsibilities".

    Being member of the respective transition team to

    accounting activities to Bucharest

    Compliance with the work procedures

    Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required

    Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performed activities as per received instructions

    Performing basic reports and preparing account reconciliations

    Respond to vendor queries

    Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team

    Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality

    Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers

    Requirements

    Nice to have previous experience in Finance/Accounting

    Previous experience in working with ERP (preferably SAP FI module) is a plus

    Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics

    Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations

    Good technical knowledge of MS office

    Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

    Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines

    Ability to understand complex environments

    Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking

    Very good English language skills

    Advanced knowledge of another European language (in addition to Romanian/English)
