- Being the expert on AutoBank tools and features (including sub-modules) and its integration in SAP FI
- Create posting rules, search criteria’s account matrix, conversation tables, based on business needs
- Maintenance of master data list of rules for future implementation waves
- Coordinate with AutoBank consultants for future version release
- Collaborates closely with Finance operations (AR/AP/GL) for implementation and matching rates
- Adapt to country specific and adjustments of rules
- Capable to transpose successful rules within multiple SAP clients
- Analyze and interpret matching rates and propose actions to constantly increase the matching rates
- Propose and implement improvements ideas for AutoBank and SmartEye application with implicated parties
- Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Provide guidance, training, and support to operational staff
- First point of contact on system issues and coordinate with Autobank for trouble shooting if needed
- Closely collaborate with representatives from SGBS Manila to ensure streamlined processes and project approaches
- Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Degree in the field of accounting, finance or related field
- Previous experience in working with ERP system, preferably SAP FI module for minimum of 2 years
- Intermediate knowledge in accounting principles and processes
- Proven skills in process and project management methods (e.g. Lean/ Six Sigma/ Kaizen, PMP, Prince2, Design Thinking), deep understanding of process design, process mappings and process evaluation. Certification in one of the above methodologies is a plus
- Good management of MS Office applications (Excel, Power point) and specific state of the art tools for mapping of processes
- Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity as well as strong service culture and customer-oriented attitude
- Strength in motivation, communication, and assertiveness, change management
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with very good time and self-management
- Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus)
