    As the Agile Coach, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating multiple teams working on a connected ecosystem of TMS products and services. You will work jointly with other Agile Coaches, Agile Masters in the teams, and the Leadership Team in three closely connected Tribes.

    You will work in an international, cross-functional, and distributed team. You will lead the way in continuous improvement of our agile ways of working, bringing the latest market practices and applying them to our context.


    Your tasks:

    • Drive agile evolutionary change on different levels of organisation
    • Facilitate evolution and improvement of agile practices tailored to the needs of the teams
    • Develop standards and requirements for the agile processes
    • Lead, train & coach different teams in adoption of relevant agile methodologies and tools
    • Enable teams’ orchestration & focus through quarterly planning
    • Facilitate formulation & communication of meaningful goals and objectives
    • Support visualisation, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams
    • Support team with meaningful insights on their Ways of Working based on data
    • Adjust & configure Jira for better visualisation of work on different levels (Squad, Tribe, Division & Portfolio)
    • Organise and deliver training & workshops for different roles (Product Owners, teams, and Executive Leadership) to promote agility and foster knowledge exchange in organisation
    • Develop internal / external communication, improving transparency
    • Coach / mentor teams, stakeholders, Agility Masters, Product Owners, and Leaders,
    • Lead by example, Model Agility Master’s responsibilities for coaching & facilitating teams
    • Academic Degree in Engineering, Informatics, Management, or similar fields of study
    • 5+ years of experience working in IT environment
    • 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in complex set-ups with multiple teams working on one product
    • Knowledge and application experience on Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAF’e, LeSS, Flight Levels or other scaling frameworks)
    • Possess strong intercultural competence, a global mindset, and excellent communication skills
    • Experience of working in a virtual environment, including international collaboration
    • Excellent English both spoken & written (min. C1)
    • Fluency in Jira configuration & reporting
    • Hands on experience on multiple collaboration tools (e.g. MIRO/Mural, Teams/Zoom, Confluence, etc)


    Nice to have

    • Agile Certification
    • Working fluency in other (than English) European language (e.g. German, Polish, Spanish, French, other)
    • Experience as a professional Trainer
    • Knowledge on test automation, release management, CICD
    • Understanding of logistic business & Transport Management Systems
