Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing a variety of routine and manual and or clerical duties
Execution of Basic logistical activities including:
- Tool certification Master file management
- Tool certification with TUV engineer according to Customer instruction.
- Heavy Tool management and packing, inspection to Customer instruction.
- Quality team equipment Maintenance to Customer instruction.
- Human resource management and planning.
- Tool handling inspector training
- Report to daily Certification status.
- Implementation of 5S and POP / Collaborate with the customer to verify processes and implement advanced improvement activities.
- Understand overall MQT tasks and provide backup support during absences
Skills Required
- Proficiency with the current MS Office and IT applications, preferably familiarity with WMS/ERP systems
- Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required
- Strengths in analysis and planning, Continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptability to often changes, flexibility towards customer requirements / requests
- Warehouse/operation regulation (Safety, 5S) compliance within the dedicated team
- Ability to analyze tasks and generate reports
Experience and Qualifications
- Academic degree
- Background experience in logistics operations; generally prefer more than 3 years of related experience
- WMS/SAP experienced person (preferred)
- Excel excellent
- Strong communication skills with customers
