    Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing a variety of routine and manual and or clerical duties


    Execution of Basic logistical activities including:

    • Tool certification Master file management
    • Tool certification with TUV engineer according to Customer instruction.
    • Heavy Tool management and packing, inspection to Customer instruction.
    • Quality team equipment Maintenance to Customer instruction.
    • Human resource management and planning.
    • Tool handling inspector training
    • Report to daily Certification status.
    • Implementation of 5S and POP / Collaborate with the customer to verify processes and implement advanced improvement activities.
    • Understand overall MQT tasks and provide backup support during absences

    Skills Required

    • Proficiency with the current MS Office and IT applications, preferably familiarity with WMS/ERP systems
    • Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required
    • Strengths in analysis and planning, Continuous improvement mindset
    • Adaptability to often changes, flexibility towards customer requirements / requests 
    • Warehouse/operation regulation (Safety, 5S) compliance within the dedicated team
    • Ability to analyze tasks and generate reports


    Experience and Qualifications

    • Academic degree
    • Background experience in logistics operations; generally prefer more than 3 years of related experience
    • WMS/SAP experienced person (preferred)
    • Excel excellent
    • Strong communication skills with customers
