- Basic knowledge of business analysis, data analysis, and IT project management.
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
- Exposure to data visualization or process modeling tools is a plus.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- Basic data analysis and reporting
- Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile (SCRUM), or related methodologies is advantageous.
