- Check the status of material requirements from customers and arrange shipment pick-up from the hub customer.
- Prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports for customers.
- Ensure daily receiving system updates within the goals set (KPI) by the customer.
- Ensure daily receiving performance within the goals set (KPI) by the customer.
- Check and ensure the receiving/outgoing documents' information against the physical receipt by operations.
- Notify customers or suppliers of shipment discrepancies (e.g., damage, physical short incoming, PO number missing, late delivery, etc.) via email and follow up by phone.
- Attend to customers' or suppliers' shipment discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary.
- Coordinate with customers on urgent/exception pulls and work with the operations team to deliver the goods as requested.
- Ensure daily/weekly data collection to update KPIs and send the KPIs to customers and internal SCHENKER Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Minimum SPM/SPTM.
- Certification in Basic Supervision.
- Must be able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must be able to write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good mathematical skills are required and computer literacy (Microsoft and Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills.
