Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lodges data in the SCOUT system
- Priorities tasks to meet strict timeliness KPI requirements.
- Seeks updated shipping information and updates internal tracking events.
- Creates Shipping Order (SO)
- Creates Shipping Plan (SP)
- Milestone update
- Allocate Shipment Jobs to AU OPS
- Answer Queries and Requests from Vendors
- Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
- Contributes improvement ideas.
- Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP) when required.
- Participate actively on all required team meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
- Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
- Daily Huddle board updates
- Daily update of Productivity files
- Work overtime and/on weekends when required.
Primary Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration is an advantage, or any Customs related course.
- Fresh graduates are accepted.
- Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- MS Excel Skills
- Formatting spreadsheets (including borders, fonts, and numbers) Inserting object.
- Basic understanding of formulas / functions
- Importing Text / CSV files Sorting and filtering data Totals / subtotals
- V Lookup
- Row / Column deletion and insertion
- Freeze / Unfreeze panes.
- Has a logistics background.
- Excellent keyboard skills including numerical input.
