The Security Coordinator directly supports the loss prevention program and the Compliance, Safety and Accountability program.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for monitoring and properly documenting camera & gate systems activity at all security equipped USA Truck locations.
• The accurate entry of information into the claim system when working Accident & OSD Hotline.
• Insuring that Post Accident Drug Test (PADAT) is completed as required following a DOT Accident.
• Responsible for Hazmat Hotline and Auditing Bill of Lading on all Hazmat Loads.
• Responsible for taking complaints from the general public on driver team members and properly documenting, investigating and addressing them accordingly.
• Responsible for speed alarms
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity of TMW System preferred
• Knowledge of Hazmat Regulations preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines.
• Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects.
• Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions.
• Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions.
• Travel domestically as necessary.
