Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Monitor team member’s compliance with all applicable DOT laws and regulations.
• Promote a culture of Safety that encourages safe driving and compliance with DOT laws and regulations.
• Maintain DOT regulatory compliance with the Hours of Service Program.
• Maintain DOT regulatory compliance with Electric On-Board Recording Device Program.
• Communicate directly with operational management specific action plans.
Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:
• 3 years transportation experience, knowledge of DOT and FMCSA.
• Computer literate, with the ability to grasp new programs and new applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other applications skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge and general understanding of all aspects of transportation logistics business.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
• Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
