Your tasks
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customer using the following system tools: HP Open View, Web portal ASN upload, and Inview * Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders * Assign all service calls, change orders and work orders to the proper parties for handling * Communicate status updates via email communication * Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes
Requirements
Essential Functions: * Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): * This is a senior level position. * Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and Excel. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills required. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Generally prefer 3-6 years customer service experience. * Transportation/logistics/warehouse experience preferred. * Adaptability in a fast paced environment a must.
