    The Role
    We are on the hunt for a highly motivated AOG (Air-on-Ground) Coordinator to join our close-knit Air Freight team based in Alexandria!
    This position plays the vital role of being the direct point of contact for Aerospace customers, applying your ability and skills to assist with AOG shipments. Working in a 24/7 team of Aerospace specialists, you will:
    • Act as the point of contact for all AOG enquiries
    • Control the shipping of all AOG's, repairs, purchase orders, as well as Engine shipments
    • Liaise with overseas stakeholders to schedule or book shipments based on agreed transit times
    • Ensure proactive follow-up of all AOG milestones to provide customers with timely updates
    • Support a culture of continuous improvement to the Aerospace team

    The Ideal Candidate

    You will have 2+ years working knowledge of the Aerospace industry with previous experience using freight forwarding systems in a distribution environment. You will possess excellent attention to detail and the proven ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders. You will be available to work on a rotating shift roster with your team mates to provide quality service at all times. Does that sound like you?
