    Job Overview

    At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a SAP Support EWM/WM Consultant Logistic to be part of our IT team, for our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.
    What will be your challenges?
    * On 2nd Level, you will be responsible for processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident and problem reports, including change requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution due to SLA's.
    * Support Change management.
    * Proactively supporting to increase maturity in the ITSM area.
    * Responsible for the Technical or Functional aspects of the Analysis and Design Process and its associated documentation - Technical, functional specification, Test Plans, etc.
    * Understand business requirements, guide to troubleshoots during the implementation.

    Requirements

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)


    * Primary skill required on SAP EWM with minimum 3-4-year experience.
    * Minimum 2 years experience on implementation and 2-3 years experience on support, with strong background on SAP EWM.
    * Must have knowledge about SAP WM also.
    -Understanding and experience working on L2 support Inbound and outbound incident movements.
    * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a solution.
    * Ability to understand the breadth and depth of the deliverable and how the solution fits into the larger picture.
    * Guides and troubleshoots during the implementation.
    * Able to allocate time, prioritize tasks, and accurately scope tasks and phases of a project.
    * Work experience in SAP support organizations for Logistics, preferred in large/global organizations and for Global customers in the role of SAP Super User idealwise.
    * Sound experience in SAP ERP Modules EWM, WM, LE.
    * Basic knowledge in SAP MM, SD and ABAP coding.
    * Good understanding of contract logistics processes and ECOM warehouse.
    * Knowledge to takes requirements from users and prepare respective documents like BRD, Changes request, FS, Testing script, user manual and others.
    * Knowledge in SAP Configuration (Customizing) and Transport Changes.
    * Knowledge in supporting Interfaces, Messages like EDI, RFC.
    * Experience in ITSM Tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.
    * Experience in ITSM Key areas Incident-, Change- and Problem management.
    * ITIL Knowledge advanced / ITIL Foundation with experience in implementation of processes.
    * Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
    * College diploma or university degree in the field of Business Informatics, Logistics or comparable working experience.
    * · Beneficial certification in SAP ERP Modules Consultancy EWM, LES-WM, MM, SD.

    * Personality profile: possesses integrity, uses initiative, has commitment, self-reliantt, flexible, emphasis on a quality delivery, Readiness to cover extended service times, Customer orientation, analytical approach.
    * Interpersonal skills: strong communication skills with involved teams and project members and suppliers, strong documentation skills.
    * People leadership: coaching/mentoring, assign tasks per skills.
    * Problem solving: analysis and structuring of complex issues, flair for pragmatic solutions, priority setting.
    * Languages: Fluent English, oral & written mandatory (C1+), German (beneficial).
