The Administrator- LAND - Control Tower is responsible for Operation and transportation control. in collaboration with CL/SCM to run ASML Business (Mainly KR 02/03 Distribution) that involves various vendors and trucking companies.
Work location : BGF Logistics center, 114 Dangha-ro, Namsa-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do
- Monitor visibility and movement of cargo milestones for domestic collection/distribution.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
- Monitor KPIs for delivery status including Track & Trace of cargo movements to CL/SCM customers according to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) if required
- Coordination and reconciliation of transportation works with other departments
- Come up with corrective action and recommend preventive action measures for incidents.
- Report transportation revenue and cost data of each customer to the management
- Support the execution of quality checks.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal and external customers.
- Control and update the transportation tariff of trucking venders
- File transportation claims from customers and report
- Daily transportation order management either by manual excel spread sheet or by TMS.
- Fleets management - Controlling of trucks from outsourcing transportation carriers and direct contract driver
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of freight forwarding / transportation background and/or -trucking management and/or Warehousing
- Good knowledge of Korean trucking / transportation infrastructure, current networks, geographical locations in Korea
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to cope with pressure and work load.
- High level of energy, well-motivated
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues on a professional level
- Reasonable knowledge of MS Office (mainly EXCEL)
- Language: Good English skills are highly preferred but not essential.
- Possible to travel for business to Icheon & Cheongju (1 to 2 days per week)
