Take on a rewarding position where you'll excel in general customer support and proactively resolve customer issues.


    • Location: Manchester, UK
    • Hours: 8:30 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday

    What will you be doing?


    As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will:


    • Close sales cyclethrough timely follow-up on quotations and service bookings.
    • Generate and confirmquotations using DB Schenker's 2Q system, adhering to SPOT processes.
    • Resolve querieswithin specified SLAs and convert quotations according to KPIs.
    • Cultivate excellentcustomer relationships and aim for first-class customer centricity.
    • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive businessstrategy.
    • Achieve individualand team targets, while maintaining accurate customer records and followingadministration processes.

    About You


    • Knowledge of the Logistics industry (desirable)
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
    • Strong Customer Service skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high workloads.
    • Demonstrates efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving capabilities and commitment to honesty and integrity.
