What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will:
- Close sales cyclethrough timely follow-up on quotations and service bookings.
- Generate and confirmquotations using DB Schenker's 2Q system, adhering to SPOT processes.
- Resolve querieswithin specified SLAs and convert quotations according to KPIs.
- Cultivate excellentcustomer relationships and aim for first-class customer centricity.
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive businessstrategy.
- Achieve individualand team targets, while maintaining accurate customer records and followingadministration processes.
About You
- Knowledge of the Logistics industry (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high workloads.
- Demonstrates efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and commitment to honesty and integrity.
