Duties may include

• A heavy focus on team safety and wellbeing, to ensure a Zero Harm workplace
• Ensure all orders due for dispatch are identified and processed within the agreed timeframes
• Ensure all goods are received according to set standards and KPI’s

• To ensure recording and advice on all non-conforming receipts
• Maintain the accuracy of the inventory at all times
• Ensure any issues are immediately brought to the attention of the Management
• Ensuring quality controls are met

Competencies and Skills required:

• Leadership Skills - Experience and ability to manage people ideally within Warehousing/Logistics
• Target and Results Focused - ability to ensure daily KPI’s are met
• Outstanding communication skills –Written and verbal.
• Proven Continuous Improvement and problem solving skills
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System and RF scanners
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc)
• Sound knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Management System
• Previous Experience in a warehouse environment particularly in the areas of receiving, dispatch and stock control

We are seeking a Logistics Team Leader for our Redbank site. 

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this position is responsible ensuring the contracted requirements customers are met including ensuring all daily orders are picked and shipped OTIF and control of customer inventory or inbound inventory.
