Requirements and Skills:
- University degree in business management, logistics engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant working experience in a large, complex organization.
- Knowledge and experience in the 3PL/Contract Logistics & Transportation industry.
- Expertise in lean management, process mapping, agile frameworks, and automation tools.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage.
- Excellent social competence and interpersonal skills to manage and communicate effectively in intercultural environments.
- Strong analytical and methodical skills, accompanied by strategic thinking.
- Ability to develop, build, and model business concepts and cases.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, able to overcome problems quickly and work independently.
