Trade Support Associate II

• Drive effective Capacity Management to achieve Trade Budget, commitment to attain 95% of overall productivity target.
• Drives Carrier Performance Management to achieve Carrier Budget with 100% allocation fulfilment, commitment to attain 95% of overall productivity target.
• Optimize VIP by driving PC adherence (target 95%) in line with global carrier strategy, exclude IA flow.
• Overseeing continuous process improvements in Tools & Information Management, to introduce best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness in global and regional business.
• Managing the nominated carriers and Ocean business fulfillment, contribution in cost and price calculations.
• Managing the specific business, carrier profiling and allocation uploaded into the ocean system and distribution to the network.
• Supports for efficient establishment and execution of all regional and country operational processes based on the corporate SOP’s and guidelines:
  1. Preparing regular trade reports for internal stakeholders i.e., Trade Forecast, Trade Profit and Loss, Allocation utilization and trade updates
  2. Ocean Market Analysis
  3. Trade Statistical Analysis
  4. Supports and controls regulatory compliance.
  5. Supports standardization of SOPs/processes/ benchmark/audit
  6. Support IT related initiatives: Tango, RCM, CAT, CIS, Visibility Tools, etc
  7. Provide Direct Support and assistance to APAC Regional Product Ocean team
• Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions. 
• Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities.
• Train new members and conduct process refresher/alignment training.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• 0-2 years working experience
• Ocean Freight / Ocean Business Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An affinity for numbers crunching and good analytical skill
• Good command of English
• Possess good organizing skill, able to multitask and work around tight deadlines
