Requirements
n Technical experience in working with print server- and printer technologies, including spooling, driver and firmware management, printer languages and protocols etc.
n Technical experience in working with Windows server environment and databases.
n Working knowledge of network and server security issues, protocols etc.
n Knowledge about Azure Active Directory would be a plus.
n Experience in technical testing executed in staged environments is a plus.
n Intercultural competence and strong social skills are required as this role will actively work in an international team.
n Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
n Experience of managing relationships with internal customers.
n General knowledge on latest information technology trends and their potential application
n Experience in working according to professional processes in the area of ITSM.
n Understanding of- and experience from working according to relevant ITIL processes is expected, and experience from working in agile teams is a plus.
n Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking is required.
n Good customer service skills and the ability to interact with users on all organizational levels is required.
