"New Normal” is a hybrid work model allowing employees to work flexibly from different locations (office, home, etc.). After 5 months of pilot, we are more confident to implement this “New Normal” Work Model in whole TSC Nanjing with more flexibility starting in October 2021!

With the accelerated development of cloud technology, the demand for talented professionals in the cloud area has risen dramatically. TSC Nanjing initiated the Cloud Runner Program to develop IT employees into cloud experts, which could benefit both our company and employees.

We are proud to introduce another WomeninIT- Rebecca Zhang. She is an IT Business Analyst in TSC Nanjing and one of TSC Nanjing 2020 Best Newcomers. Today we invited Steven Wang, a system engineer, who is in an international team spanning 10 countries. While completing his job, he also served as the founder and organizer of the company's German club. In 2020 TSC Nanjing Company Award, he was recognized as one of the Best Employees.
